I'm a lover of fine food paired with the best wines and always share it with good company and what better place than Skiathos  to experience the best of food and wine any region can offer. Just as with my travels I prefer to experience new places to dine and is always on the lookout for new places to tantalise my tastebuds. Summer is my favourite season and what a better place to experience summer than in Skiathos. I love the variety the island has to offer, from the secluded and hidden beaches to  the mountains, monasteries and forests and then drinking a glass of wine on a sunny day, eating fresh fish at a seaside taverna and dipping into the warm Aegean sea.
